These terms apply to use of MW Picks and customer-facing product, retail and sourcing services operated by TIMENOVA LTD.
1. Company and service scope
TIMENOVA LTD operates retail, wholesale and supply-chain coordination for fashion products and accessories. MW Picks is used for product presentation, retail commerce and customer communication support.
2. Orders
Product details, availability, quantities, delivery expectations and payment arrangements should be confirmed by email or WhatsApp before dispatch. Wholesale or sourced items may require additional confirmation.
3. Payment and delivery
Payment is completed through the agreed channel after order details are confirmed. Dispatch is arranged after payment confirmation, and delivery updates are shared when available.
4. Returns and refunds
Return and refund requests must be submitted to timenova@outlook.com with the order reference and relevant evidence. Eligibility depends on item condition, order type and applicable consumer protection rules.
